Since opening our store in 2010, we’ve been overjoyed to ship to new countries, and we’re eager to keep that momentum going.

Shipping to EU Countries: Impact of 2024 GSPR Regulations**

As a small business, I’ve always dreamed of expanding my reach and serving customers in the EU. However, due to the new General Sales and Product Requirements (GSPR) regulations introduced and enforced in 2024, I am currently unable to fulfill orders to EU countries. These regulations mandate that businesses selling into the EU have an official representative within the region to comply with local laws regarding consumer protection, product safety, and other regulatory requirements.

Unfortunately, as a small business, I do not have the resources to hire an official EU representative, which has made it impossible for me to navigate these new rules at this time. I deeply regret this limitation, as I would love to make my mark in the EU and offer my products to those customers. However, until I can find a solution that aligns with my business's capacity, I will not be able to service EU-based customers.

I remain committed to growing my business and exploring ways to eventually expand to the EU in the future, but for now, I must focus on ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining the quality of service for my current customers. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
